Rules and Regulation

In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for reading, learning and other Library activities, the Library require all visitors to comply with the following General Rules and Regulations.

Loan Period and Fines

Loan periods and fines are based on the type of item checked out. See Library Fines for how to pay library fines.

User Education Programs

User Education Program aims to expose users to enhance their literacy skills in utilizing the resource collections, services and facilities provided by the library.

Borrowing, Returning, Reserving & Renewing

The basics: Access library account. Borrow, renew, hold and return material. Recall items.

Photocopy and Printing Service

Photostat machine and Printing Services available at all campuses of the Library.

Liason Librarian

The liaision librarians work with specific disciplines in a program, department or college.  Although liaison roles are flexible and vary depending on discipline, engaged liaison librarians

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Get materials via Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery services.

Membership and Registration

The applicant must register in person at the Customer Service Division Service Division during office hours.  The applicant must fill in the membership form
